Project Manager gives you the foundation, techniques and tools to agree the timescales, costs and resources needed, draw up a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project, make sure that each stage is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards and manage risks to avoid delays.

The Project Manager training course is accredited and the certificates are officially recognized by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the Czech Republic. Participants may be eligible for a grant to cover the cost of course fees.

Course duration

We offer 16-day full-time training courses. Free access to Internet and parking facilities are available on school premises. All course materials are provided free of charge.
