Green Heritage

Natural Heritage as a Tool for Ecological Education of Adults

The GREEN HERITAGE project is an initiative developed within the ERASMUS+ program focused on implementing ecological practices at the local level, falling under the priority of ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGE. Its goal is a comprehensive approach to environmental protection through education and engaging local communities in various areas of social life and economy. The project emphasizes organic work from the ground up, not just legislative measures. It includes community education aimed at increasing awareness of ecological practices and their importance. Through this, citizens will learn about the importance of nature protection and practical steps for its implementation in their daily lives. Simultaneously, the project supports the development of competencies in ecology and natural heritage among adults from rural and peripheral areas, activating them to understand and protect local natural and cultural values, including sustainable transportation and ecological eating habits.
