Project Management gives you the foundation, techniques and tools to manage each stage of the project life cycle, work within organizational and cost constraints, set goals tied directly to stakeholder needs, get the most from your project management team, and utilize state-of-the-art project management tools to get the work done on time and within budget.

Learn about European Commission funding opportunities, grants and programs and develop skills for managing and reporting on EU finances. We will show you how skills for developing project proposals and partnerships, and for making high quality funding applications can be enhanced.

The Project Management training course is accredited and the certificates are officially recognized by Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the Czech Republic. Participants may be eligible for a grant to cover the cost of the courses.

Course duration

We offer 25-day full-time training courses. Free access to Internet and parking facilities are available on school premises. All course materials are provided free of charge.
